If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Process
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, the PacmhCl™ customer support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Unless the return is related to a damaged product, defective item, or shipping error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by PacmhCl™.
